Embedded at Code and Theory (Stagwell) through April 2026, leading production on a flagship AI platform GTM engagement at Adobe Summit 2026 managing a cross-functional team across strategy, UX, engineering, and design. Also coming off a pitch win for Suntory Global Spirits (Jim Beam x F1, Hornitos) on an AI-driven marketing operations hub built on Stagwell's proprietary platform.

Creative Production

I build and lead production teams that can handle anything: a global experiential activation, an AI-powered content engine, a compressed sprint to a major client deadline. My job is to put the right people in the right seats, create the conditions for great work, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks at the executive level.

 

I've overseen end-to-end production across digital platforms, live action, experiential, and AI-enabled pipelines, managing multi-million dollar budgets, building vendor ecosystems, and leading cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from brief to launch.

Strategic Operations

I design the systems and frameworks that make creative departments run faster and smarter. That means building scalable production infrastructure, establishing governance and workflow standards, and aligning operational strategy with business growth goals.

I've contributed to pitch teams, new business development, and GTM strategy for AI platforms at scale. I partner closely with creative, strategy, and technical leadership to shape what gets sold, how it gets staffed, and how the team grows over time.
